The Pint she knew as her best friend was gone and someone else had taken his place. Sure, she loved her parents dearly, but her family seemed to truly be Pint and his mother.Įverything in life seemed perfect until the time they turned 13 and Pint's mother passed away and life seemed to flip a switch. At first it bothered her, but as soon as she began to spend more time with Pint and his family, she seemed to care less and less. She spent most of her younger years at Pint's house seeing as her parents always seemed to be out of town on business trips, leaving her in the care of whatever neighbor would agree to watch out for her and make sure she was fed. They did everything together, and it was the best part of her life.
They lived next door to each other and were best friends from what seems like the moment they met. For as long as she can remember, Pint was the most constant thing in her life.
